Ba Vi Eco Camping Booking Policy

 

1. Booking Process

• All bookings must be made at least 02 days in advance through our official website, email, or phone.
• A completed booking form must be submitted along with any required documentation.
• Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of payment or deposit.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made at least 01 day before the event date.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, PayPal.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 07 days before the event will receive a refund minus the deposit.
• Cancellations within 07 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be permitted subject to availability.

4. Use of Facilities

• The community house must be used for the purpose stated in the booking.
• Users must comply with all health, safety, and fire regulations.
• Any damage to property or equipment must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.

5. House Rules

• Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to respect neighbors.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted unless prior approval is granted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
• Pets are allowed except for service animals.

6. Liability & Indemnity

• The community house is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their event complies with all local laws and regulations.
• Any accidents or injuries must be reported immediately to the management team.

7. Cleaning & Waste Disposal

• Users must leave the premises clean and tidy.
• All waste must be disposed of in designated bins.
• Failure to clean up may result in additional cleaning charges.

8. Emergency Procedures

• Emergency exits must be kept clear at all times.
• In case of emergency, follow the posted evacuation procedures and contact emergency services if necessary.
